We’re happy to announce that Compute Instances are now live at Maple Servers and are officially available to order starting today.
If you’re looking for flexible compute that you can deploy quickly for apps, services, testing, or production workloads, you can now place an order and get started right away.
Important note (temporary workflow):
While we finalize the self-service control panel, all management actions for Compute Instances will be processed via support ticket. This includes:
Power On / Power Off
Reboot
Reinstall / OS Reload
rDNS (PTR) requests
To request any of the above, simply open a ticket and include your service/instance ID and what you’d like done (and for reinstall/rDNS, please include the exact OS or hostname you want). Our team will handle it as quickly as possible.
